The Faculty of Physical Education for Girls in Al-Jazirah strives to achieve leadership and innovation at the regional level in the fields of education, training, sports, and sports management. This is pursued through the provision of high-quality academic programs, distinguished scientific research, and effective community development.

General Policy of the Faculty
College policies in light of the environmental analysis and the university’s strategic plan:
1. The college is committed to establishing a variety of policies in several fields, including teaching and learning, scientific research, and community engagement, with the aim of fulfilling the college’s vision and mission. It also seeks to enhance the competency level of its graduates in alignment with local and regional competitiveness.
2. The development of these policies involves the participation of various committees such as the Committee for Education and Students’ Affairs, the Postgraduate Studies and Research Committee, the Community Service and Environmental Development Committee, as well as the Quality Assurance Unit.
In formulating these policies, the college observes the following:
1. Presenting and discussing the policies with various groups within the college, including college leadership, faculty members, administrative staff, students, and service beneficiaries.
2. Once these policies are approved by the College Council, they are published across academic departments, on the college’s website, and during academic conferences, graduate forums, and alumni gatherings.
3. The college adopts a systematic mechanism for periodically updating and developing its policies every four years, in alignment with societal developments and labor market needs.

In alignment with the State’s vision for digital transformation, the sector places particular emphasis on supporting digital transformation and sports manufacturing. This includes developing digital competencies and fostering technological innovation in sports-related fields, thereby contributing to enhancing performance quality in both sports and community institutions. We also focus on bridging the gap between academic learning and practical application through the “Sports Market” initiative — a platform for interaction and networking between the Faculty and sports as well as industrial organizations. This initiative offers students and graduates opportunities to showcase, market, and develop their ideas, products, and innovative projects. In line with our commitment to addressing the evolving demands of the labor market, we work to develop training and qualification programs, promote an entrepreneurial mindset, and maintain engagement with our graduates to help them integrate effectively into diverse professional fields.
