• An application letter addressed to the University President, containing the full name, current job title, national ID, telephone number, and email address.
• An updated employment status certificate issued by the General Administration for Teaching Staff Affairs at the university.
• A copy of the valid national ID card.
• A copy of the applicant’s CV with photocopy from documents.
• The applicant’s personal development plan for the faculty, including proposed development suggestions.

Second: Number of 6 flashcards containing the following files:

1. A presentation (PowerPoint) explaining the development plan, saved as a PDF.
2. National ID card scanned as PDF.
3. Certificates for (Bachelor’s – Diploma – Master’s – PhD – Others) saved as PDF.
4. CV in English, not exceeding 7 pages, saved as PDF.
5. A scanned copy of all the above-mentioned documents saved in one single PDF file.

Third: The application file must include:

1- six copies from the original employment status certificate issued by the General Administration for Teaching Staff Affairs at the university + one copy from employment status.

2- Two recent personal photos (4×6 cm).

3- An updated CV in Arabic, not exceeding 7 pages.

4- A copy of the original academic qualifications (Bachelor’s – Diploma – Master’s – PhD – Others).

5- National ID card scanned as PDF.
